We LOVE celebrating fall with our own take on a pumpkin pup-a-chino. They're always a big hit and SOOOOO easy to make:
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup fat free whipped cream
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine yogurt, pumpkin puree, old fashioned oats and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
Serve immediately, garnished with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
